A Boston native, Qia has decided to plant her feet in the Carolinas in 2006. She has watched the growth of the city by weekend adventures to different towns and occasional relocation to become familiar with the areas. She is a lover of doggies and in her spare time she enjoys family, planning for the future and empowering others to be great. Qia has over 25 years in the customer service industry with knowledge in array of businesses. She believes in always putting the customer first and making them feel at home. The last 8 years Qia ran and operated a prestigious business; FOH Salon-Flip Out Hair in Rock Hill, South Carolina by earning the trust and loyalty from customers and the community. The reviews spew with love. Qia decided to get into the Real Estate industry because it is an extension of helping people, a love for paperwork and also finding the industry is lacking reliable agents.  When Qia is given an assignment it drives her adrenaline to assist and execute. She is a do-er and aims to tie loose ends by the end of every day; a personal core belief in her tradition of ambition. Qia withholds licensure in North and South Carolina and is ready to take on the job of finding you your forever home, investment property and/or land.
